COLORED CONFEDERATES took home 2nd Place in the Documentary Category at the North Carolina Black Fim Festival last weekend!
I want to thank the Black Arts Alliance, Charlon Turner, Brandon Hickman, Regina McLeod, and Rhonda Bellamy for an absolutely awesome time during a picture postcard weekend in Wilmington, NC!!!!! Life is good!!!!

FAMU Black History Month Screening
Colored Confederates recently screened in Tallahassee, FL as part of Florida A&M University’s Black History Month Film Festival. In addition, the documentary was acquired by FAMU for their extensive film archive. I also want give a Special Thanks to Dr. Brethauer-Gay.
